eagle lake
on saturday we enjoyed a really beautiful fall day at eagle lake, which is right beside the campus. we hiked a trail that went all the way around the perimeter of the lake. the weather was perfect.
(john porter is holding his gourd that he got at marker earlier that day. he held onto it the whole day.)

no, its actually really heavy. he struggles lugging it around the house. he cries when he wants to take it up on the chair with him but isn't strong enough to lift it all the way up. hah.
DeleteThat place is gorgeous (and you guys are a super cute family!)...also, I think John Porter and I will be friends because if it was socially acceptable, I'd carry around a mini pumpkin all day just because it's Oct. 1st
