we made it! the trip went as good as it could have. we only stopped once and made it in 9 hours. my parents were kind enough to make the trip with us. they drove the van with all our belongings, which was a super big help. john and i have been enjoying this week of unpacking, organizing, and scouting out the area.
our apartment is not exactly what we were picturing...but it is feeling more and more like home each day. the town of morehead seems to be a nice place to live. everyone here is so nice. we found a few grocery stores, a fun coffee shop, and a really great public library.

ReplyDeletehappy to see that baby Porter is getting acclimated early in life to the rigors of oral hygiene. Don't laugh! By the age of 20 I had 19 cavities. Keep the tooth brush thing going. love this update blog. what a great way to keep the grandparents able to watch Porter grow up.
